What will appear on my bank statement?
Your statement will show Home Health Brands, our parent company, rather than the product name. Nothing on the charge identifies what you bought.
What will the package look like?
Plain and unmarked, with no indication of the contents on the outside of the box. There is no branding, no product name and no description on the label.
How do I take it?
One tablet, taken as soon as possible. Read the label inside the box before you take it, and speak to a pharmacist or your healthcare provider if anything is unclear or if you take other medication.
What if I get side effects?
Some people experience mild side effects such as nausea, fatigue, dizziness or headaches. These typically pass within 24 hours. If symptoms persist or worry you, contact a healthcare provider.
I paid with my HSA or FSA card. Do I need to keep anything?
Keep the receipt emailed to you and file it with your health plan records. Post Day One Step is an eligible expense, so no doctor's letter is needed for this purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email [email protected] as soon as you can, with the name and email you used at checkout. We will help if the order has not shipped yet.
Does this protect me against STIs?
No. Post Day One Step does not protect against sexually transmitted infections. Condoms reduce that risk.
Will this affect my future fertility?
No. Taking Post Day One Step does not affect your future fertility or your ability to conceive later.
